HopeSprings Cancer Support Centre is a non-profit committed to providing comprehensive wellness programs to cancer patients and survivors.
We had a great time visiting and learning about their organization and the healing power of Qi Gong.

A Better Tent City Site Visit
A Better Tent City (ABTC) is an organization that creates shelters for around 50 residents in the Waterloo Region who have experienced chronic homelessness.
By visiting ABTC, we learned about community-based approaches to providing homes. We helped out by donating clothes and $500.

COMPASS Refugee Center
COMPASS Refugee Centre is a charity that helps refugees settle in Canada. They connect newcomers with translating services, legal aid, and document
applications, and help find support systems, housing, and healthcare. We learned about the various barriers refugees face and how COMPASS is
advocating for change, as well as how youth can get involved in their initiatives. We also donated $500!
